Take fruits and have regular vegetable salads added with beans and peas. With the group of vegetables in your salad add tomato and greens. Instead of preferring oily foods like pasta or rice, it is better to add Vegetable Soups with tomato and take foods prepared with healthy oils. Have fruits mixed with vegetables, little assorted nuts, seeds and dried fruits. While eating chocolates it better to choose dark chocolates.
